I had showed an interest in the Airtel Black connection on the Airtel website my parents living in Pune. A sales guy came to my house and convinced me to get the 699 plan which includes DTH and landline. I paid INR 2001.17 and I was told to visit their store to disconnect my previous Hotspot connection. The Airtel Wanowrie office in Pune, changed my plan again telling me that they will bundle my phone along with the plan so that I don’t have to pay the bills seperately. Due to this my original 699 plan got cancelled. The Airtel DTH guy came and removed my current dish connection and setup the Airtel DTH. However he could not get the connection to work as I don’t have a DTH plan now. It’s been a month since I am trying to get hold with customer care and people at the Airtel office and it still hasn’t gotten anywhere. The Airtel store Manager at Wanowrie suggested that I pay INR 2000 again to activate the connection. Anshul from customer care keeps telling me that he’s working on the case, but has no progress done from the beginning.
