Hi I am tired of Airtel customer care since 4 month they are lying to me. I requested to remove airtel black dth plan but they are not removing. I totally tortured from Airtel. I need to switch plan , but I cant switch because they are not removing airtel dth. now I requested to close broadband connection, they didn’t provide any helpline number and on chat they don’t reply I tried lot of time in pospaid bill they are giving any number of amount
Please somebody help me from Airtel.
