Dear Team,
I have raised a complaint regarding my billing last month(May 2020),
- airtel charging Rs. 100 extra every month for smart byte but I never applied smart byte except on April 2020. I didn’t get clarified regarding this, instead of this they gave me a 699 plan for 100 Mbps speed but the speed is only 40 Mbps now.
- the thing is airtel service is very poor I am not able to raise a complaint through online because of there bad poor airtel thanks app.
