Text of Complaint by bhupesh agarwal:

Dear Sir ,

    In february i have visited airtel customer care sg highway ahmedabad to deactivate my account with landline number 02717 401682 where i was in presence of the airtel executive i was told to call the customer care and it was deactivated with his help . my complaint number was 115567318 as on 11th february 2020.
As the payment was auto pay the payment was auto paid after that and in  april i came to know that still my account is not deactivated and the payment is being done regularly by auto pay which i stopped the auto pay and called multiple times but there was no executive available may be due to covid 19 pandemic.
Today again i visited airtel customer care regarding this issue and asked him again to deactivate and refund my payment which i have done through auto pay after deactivating my account . I request you to deactivate my account  and cancel the last 2 months billing  in addition arrange refund for my payment done in february and march . New complaint number is 118796664 dated 20th june 2020.
This time i think i sound loud and clear that my account should be deactivated and reverse my billing and arrange refund at the earliest .Please do the needful
