Dear Airtel Team and Nodal officer,
Is this what the treatment you are giving to your valued customer who is using this number last 10 yrs and fan of Airtel. I have not used any other network other than Airtel in my life time. But now, i am feeling that i being looted.
I received a bill of Rs.6785/- for March 2019 which is not acceptable. I just want my number to be activated for getting OTP’s and don’t want anything. Ready to pay monthly rent what ever i am paying and also asked about any other better packages. Hence, i called multiple times to 121 before i come to united states and asked about packages and also visited your customer relation ship centers (Ramamurthy Nagar-Benagaluru- i had a horrible experience). I conveyed my unhappiness to that customer care guy also (A fat black chap-not remembered the name), the way how they talk, attitude, body language etc, i felt very bad.

And coming to 121: Pl check the call recordings of my number#8971329319. How many times i called and asked the suggestion for my requiremenet, the conversation between myself and customer care and final conclusion. Pl check the call recording.

No where they explained me clearly, made me frustrated, i observed that some thing they are hiding everywhere whether it is 121 or customer care. So tried my best to get clarity. Infact, asked customer care girl to give to her supervisor also, finally she told me that you need to pay only the monthly rent as per you package, don’t call, don’t send SMS and don’t lift the incoming call after going there. I said ok, pl see the call recording.

I never aware that you guys have activated international daily pack which is costing 649 per day. This is not good yar. I am 10 years old customer and fan of Airtel.

Dear Nodal officer: Request your immediate action. Pl check my call recordings of 14th Feb, 2019 (or between 13 to 16th) and help me. It is really paining of paying Rs.6785/-. Still if you want me to pay, i need my customer care call recordings. Pl initiate to push them.
Even now, i don’t want any felicity to this number, be it India or where ever, i need this number in an active mode, just to get OTP’s.
Hope you understand my pain. Pl help me.
