On 8th August, I tried to pay my airtel bill thru Paytm app. 2 times it was unsuccessful and the amt was refunded to my account. However, the 3rd attempt, the amt has been deducted but its is still pending for approval. I have been trying to connect with both the bank (HDFC) and paytm but they don not connect me to an executive who can help me with cancelling this transaction and getting the refund so I can make the payment before my due date (16th Aug 2023). Please help me get the refund so I can pay my bill without incurring a late charge.
