I have paid my Airtel Mobile bill of Rs – 967/- by using paytm.
According to Paytm team Airtel have confirmed the successful payment status to them, but The payment have not cleared yet rom airtel side .
I have raised query many times but no actions have taken by Airtel.

I have raised complain and email as well it’s almost 2 month and issue is still same and because of this I’m paying extra 100 rs as late bill payment every month .
I need Airtel to ans why they are not resolving my issue and if the issue is open how come they add extra bill charges even if that is Airtel issue .
