I made a payment of Rs 929 for my Airtel postpaid number on 29th October 2019.
The amount was debited from my Idfc bank account and a msg was received that bill payment has been initiated from airtel.
However, it has been 8 days now, my services are still barred, outgoing/msgs / internet services, all havee been barred despite making regular complaints and sharing info with Airtel executives.
My office work has been immensely affected because of the inconvenience created by Airtel. I want my money back and want to port my no.
