Text of Complaint by Sandeep Singh:

I have postpaid airtel CUG bill plan of Rs 299 and total bill with GST comes as Rs 368 but last month(Jan-19) I bought new handset gionee and started using it from 17 Jan till now and unfortunately i got my January bill as Rs1700+ and for i complaint to airtel customer care and they were saying that I had sent sms above my bill plan(100 sms free/day as per my plan and above are charged) and they have charged for that and inturn I explained that i had never sent these messages (this is whats app generation) and I have been wrongly charged but they were neither ready to raise my case and then I approached via email and same response was on email.

Then I suddenly called after 4-5 days to airtel and got update that it was Gionee handset issue with airtel due to which automatic messages were getting delivered and Customers were charged for this and mine bill will also be changed. I went relaxed that atleast airtel some how got it but now what I see is that they have only waived of Rs 600 and handed over me bill of Rs1132 and are saying that my number is not updated in list of Gionee handset issue.I mean this is pathetic that I have issue and customer care is playing like lucky draw list and not ready to listen.

Please help on this.
