am writing to dispute my last bill with below charges. As you will see and can check in your database, I travelled to Netherlands for 03 days (21 April – 23 April). For all these 03 days, I activated the one day 649 international pack, which I am charged and is justified.
I see that I have also been charged for 10 days pack of INR 3599. I would like to inform that this pack got auto-activated on my landing in UAE and deactivated it immediately. You will also see that I am charged INR 649 pack twice for same day – 21 April 2019.
I also called the customer care helpline to resolve this but I was told that I have myself actiivating these packs using ‘My Airtel’ app and thus these charges are justified. Please explain why will I want to have two simultaneous packs running for same days, further more why will I activate 01 day pack twice a day?
If you cannot reverse these charges that are incorrectly charged, I will have to port my number right away. Please look into this and advise asap.
