I am using Airtel for a year or so & on 21-10-2019, Rs60 was deducted without any reason & when I complained to 198 Customer Care they said it’s server problem & refunded the money.
The same again happened on 23-10-2019 & again they refunded the same. But again on 01-11-2019, Rs60 got deducted & on complaining to Customer Care they said I called in an ISD number for 13 secs that’s why it got deducted but I haven’t done any call & Rs60 was gone.
On 15-11-2019 it went extreme, I hadn’t had a dialed call from morning but at around 5 or 6 in the evening Rs60 got deducted!
On complaining the answer was same but no call was made by my side. What sort of robbery is this?
