I have downloaded the my airtel app about 2-3 months back. I have transferred the amount through my account to the airtel wallet. But after transferring the amount only 1 recharge took place through it but after it,for every single transaction its showing that debit is not allowed for this account. I am in problem with this from past 2 months. I tried to reach to customer care but its very difficult to talk to customer care executive. After so many hit n trials, i had a conversation with the executive but no help or concern about the problem i got from them. Its really disappointing that they all are making fool of the customer but simply cutting the corner from their side. That executive even told me to dial 400 to get help regarding this issue as she said that i will not be able to help you in this anyhow. Even i myself tried this number so many times but the problem is the number is not even dialable. Before any single ring, it automatically get disconnected. I am so much frustrated. Please help me out.
