Hi, yesterday i have added money twice in my airtel official app of the amount of 129 and 65 o recharge my phone. But my balance has not been updated ,on top of that my money has been deducted in my bank account. It showed ‘ERROR’ at the end of the process after submitting my OTP . It still shows my balance is zero in my airtel app. More than 12 hours it has passes, still no difference. I went to the airtel office, they are blaming the banks, i called customer care service, they say they hold no responsibility for the airtel app. I’m lost. Please help.
