Purchased your airtel prepaid plan on 21.12.2018. With a service of watching premium movies in your airtel app. But when tried to see premium movies i am been asked by a message for taking an another plan of Rs 199 to watch premium movies. When your app shows its totally free. Please help and do the needful. Regards.Ramesh.
