I’m a residence of shimla, Himachal Pradesh. 171009.
I’ve bought airtel fiber 5g 2 months ago.
I thought it’ll be great but unfortunately I’m facing a lot of inconvenience.
It is because out of 7 days in a week, 3 days the wifi is having some issues and doesn’t work at all.
Sometimes the issue is :
1. Someone cut the fiber
2. Technical issues
my whole area is facing this issue and in this lockdown period when classes are online it’s really an inconvenience.
I want your company to look after the matter and i would like to make certain recommendations.
1. Put CCTV in area where fiber is cut.
2. Place fiber at a height where it’s difficult to reach.
3. Jio people are cutting wifi, let’s be straight to the point. Go to their office and file a complaint against them because a normal person would not cut the fiber, what will he gain from it.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
