Text of Complaint by Ram Kishore Kumar:

I had flight from dubai to hanoi on march 7th and from hanoi to dubai on march 14th in china eastern airlines, both on same pnr. I got an email on 5th of march that the flight is cancelled and i should request for a refund. I have initiated the refund from make my trip where i have booked my ticket. they initiated the refund process, and are waiting for the refund of the ticket price from airlines end. I have mailed the airlines customer care regarding this issue. they just said that they will contact me. I have mailed 4 times till now and they are not responding properly and are not initiating the refund, its been 2 months i didnt got any refund or any update properly from the airlines.
