DEAR SIR,
THIS TO INFORM THAT AIRLINES TICKETS WERE BOOKED BY ME ON 28/05/2022 AMOUNTING TO RS 12852/- FROM A TOUR COMPANY ‘HAPPYEASYGO’ WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED IN JULY 2022.
BUT EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIAL MAIL OF THE COMPANY ‘HAPPYEASYGO ‘ , THE REFUND AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN INITIATED EVEN AFTER THE LAPSE OF 5 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE TICKETS , IN VIOLATION TO THEIR TICKET REFUND POLICY OF MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 90 DAYS.
THEREFORE , I REQUEST U TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ORDER THE SAID COMPANY TO INITIATE THE CANCELLED TICKETS REFUND AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.
