I have purchased an airlines ticket for my travel in the month of Aug 2020 through Makemytrip. Due to Corona the airlines cancelled the travel. A full refund was promised back by Airlines. Since then I have been waiting for my refund. At least thankfully after repeated followup the Airlines had refunded back the money to MakeMyTrip on 7th April 2021. Since nearly 2 months I am following with Makemytrip for them to process my Refund. They are very careless and no refund is made yet. Now my money is with MakeMyTrip and there is no answer on when and how they will do it. I raised a service reference ticket with them to handle this problem. With out resolving the problem they constantly close the ticket because of their internal KPIs and I have to again call them to reopen the service ticket. No transparency no communication and utter carelessness in resolving such a small issue. My money worth oaf around 140000 is locked with them and there is no answer. Since then I would have written close to 250 email followups and more than 50 Hrs of phone call which is all in vain. No proper access to senior representatives to talk about the problem. I have all necessary proofs, phone call recordings and email conversations to prove the fact that its a careless and failed support system by MakeMyTrip.
