I have booked round trip for parents (Senior Citizens) with Spice jet Airline Partner (Yatra.com) scheduled from Mar15 – Mar 21.2023 and received confirmation for
same at my end on Feb16,2023 from Yatra Team . I have received Text from Airline on Feb28 with new Flight reschedule stating reason as ‘Operational Issue’ (Note : I have found
that Airline is still open/ available for same date time with high Booking fair pricing).Also, I have connected with Airline support for Flight schedule change
so they don’t have valid answers and requested full refunds of my round trip booking which they have conveyed to me that its been done from their end to Yatra .
Further on this , I have raised this with Yatra Support so initially they have said having no details from Airline end and yet seems not willing to refund booking money from their end .
Due to this last moment Flight Schedule changes , I have made another booking with Airline as we have group travel plan to Shirdi . This is really bad service by Airline / partners (Yatra)in which they are holding Customer Money without any reasons and avoiding to share any confirmations to Customer .

Also , I have raised this issue in this platform because these service providers has to value Accountability of their services and appreciating your help on this .
