I booked a airline ticket from Jaipur to Bangalore dated June 17. Due to some personal reason cancelled it on Jun 12. It’s been more than 10 days and I have not received any refund nor any update on it. Whenever I speak to any agent in Paytm they just say they are working on it and nothing else.
