I have booked ticket on Jan 6, 2021 from Durgapur to Delhi and ticket got automatically cancelled and my account was debited. The company is not refunding the amount and everytime the representatives commit that it would reflect in 7 working days I have been following up since 1 and half months. Reference number REF453056264. Please help us all in getting the refund
