Text of Complaint by Nivedita:

We have tried booking domestic airline TKT thru Travlook on 4th Oct.
But due to seats unavailability they could not issue the Ticket and after that we have received call and email for refund will get processed.
As per their policy it take 7 to 10 working days but till date there is no refund has been credited.
Please help us in getting our refund back urgently.
