I booked a flight ticket from new delhi to Toronto on 11th of February 2022, but somehow airline cancelled the flight and informed paytm about it but further paytm didn’t informed us about the cancellation neither they refunded the money. Today on 2nd May when i have my flight for tomorrow, I came to know that the flight got cancelled on 6th april and i dont have booking now and they didn’t even processed the refund till today. When i told them that give me my flight ticket back they disconnected the call. I want them to compensate me because this lack of communication costed me 20,000 dollars plus my 3months of time. I want this money back and an apology letter from the senior officer and i want to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone again.
