Text of Complaint by Chanchal K Mitra:

I have booked an airasia flight HYD-KUL-REP for Nov 01. The KUL-REP flight was rescheduled and I was informed by email. I was also got a robocall from Malaysia. I also received a new itinerary that had the connection time of 5 mins. I am sure the agent at the airport will not allow me to travel. I wanted to cancel the whole ticket and a full refund (why do they make a ticket that shows 5 min layover time). Only option is their robochat called AVA. All my refund requests say that the flight has not been cancelled (yes, it has been rescheduled with the same flight number). I have been struggling with the robochat for a long time. I want a full refund.
