I had two tickets on 17 June worth rs 12456 rs and one on 13th July worth rs . 4458 rs and I received a mail that my tickets got cancelled due to technical errors and my amount is credited in 7-10 working days but after continuous follow up with mails and calls I haven’t received my money . It’s been a month now

I have booked flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore on July 25 . after deducting my amount,I got email that flight ticket got cancelled due to technical error , already 20 days gone,still I didn’t receive my amount.aftrr so many follow ups.
They are not sending email allso , seems like fraud organization,
And those are working their ,try trained such a way always told tomorrow will receive the amount, but not received till now …
