Dear sir/Madam,
I had to cancel my air tickets booked via paytm for air Asia from Bangalore to Ranchi and vice versa . It was round trip ticket. Date of journey was 10 April 2020, but amid this covid19 crisis the ticket had to be cancelled. Which was done on 24 March 20. As per the air Asia confirmation and guidelines I was eligible for a full refund of 18,000 INR.
Please note as per Air Asia my refund has been initiated from their end in two slots.
But Paytm is still not yet confirmed me on anything. It’s been more than 15days I haven’t received my money yet
