- I booked air ticket (PNR: O26YXB) of two passenger on 17 Nkv 2020.
- Few days later, I processed for cancelation of ticket for one passenger as the flight timing was rescheduled by airlines.
- I talked to airlines and they sain in this case full refund will be made if ticket is cancelled.
- Since then it has been more than 5 months and PayTm is still processing the cancelation and I have nkt received my refund.
- Request you to immediately take action and give my full ticket amount as cancelation refund.
- Paytm has stopped responding butet me assure you that PayTm can not get away without paying my full refund amount.
