1. I booked air ticket (PNR: O26YXB) of two passenger on 17 Nkv 2020.
2. Few days later, I processed for cancelation of ticket for one passenger as the flight timing was rescheduled by airlines.
3. I talked to airlines and they sain in this case full refund will be made if ticket is cancelled.
4. Since then it has been more than 5 months and PayTm is still processing the cancelation and I have nkt received my refund.
5. Request you to immediately take action and give my full ticket amount as cancelation refund.
6. Paytm has stopped responding butet me assure you that PayTm can not get away without paying my full refund amount.
