I had two tickets on 14 June worth Rs 6464 (six thousand four hundred and sixty four) and I received a mail that my tickets got cancelled due to technical errors and my amount is credited in 5-7 working days but after continuous follow up with mails and calls I have not received the amount yet .more than twenty days up. Yet customer care saying it will credit by 1 or 2 days .and had given high priority info were given by customer service executive.not even received the refund mail too.not even respecting the customer by the company. but yet no development
