I have booked Tkt.on 12/02/21on TRAVOLOOK( Ref. No 485278538)for Delhi to Pune by Goair flight G8 -275 Sat. 3/04/21 19:45.hr.&I havepaid Rs. 2110/ .Soon after received call from TRAVOLOOK due to rise in Ticket prise we have cancelled your booking, & within 7 to 8 days you will get your full refund.But till date even after around three months I have not received my amount . During this period repeatedly I call them , every time they give excuses and commitments but not refund. Now they have blocked my phone number. Hope that you will help me to get my amount back and punished this fraud agency .
