I had booked my flight tickets from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi for Air India flight on 24th Oct 2020 and cancelled the booking on 26th Oct 2021. I had received acknowledgement mail from flightadmin@irctc.co.in for my cancellation. However till date i had not received refund for my cancellation. i had sent mails but no response from IRCTC. I also tried contacting the customer care number provided in the website and the only reply i hear from them is they are following up with Air India for the refund. At one stage they asked me to directly follow up with Air India directly as the airlines had still not processed the refund claim and hence have to wait. The details of my travel are provided below:
