I had rescheduled my flight from delhi to toronto to 11 May 2021 on 23rd April 2021.
Next day, Canada imposed ban on direct flights from India. So, on 24th April, Air india rescheduled my flight to 23rd June 2021. It was too late. So, I canceled the flight on 25th April, 2021. The customer service agent promised me a full refund. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. I have emailed to e-commerce, escalations, left a feedback online and called many times. Yet no response. Please help
