My name is Mainak dey, flight details are below and the ticket is attached Booking Ref: YEJPP London Heathrow(LHR) to Kolkata(CCU)

My complaint is against Airindia, we had bought the ticket from Airindia for myself and my family, Our flight got cancelled twice, it was scheduled on 13th March 2021, got cancelled the first time and then rescheduled on 20th March, it had got cancelled again and there was no direct flight provided by the airlines, so we had to cancel, however after even 6months we have not received any refund, this is very unfortunate.
The acknowledgement number(Provided by airindia) of our refund is “Your refund request for ticket no . 098 2134232408/9/10” Kind
