I booked a ticket from air india, and immediately realised that i have Booked with wrong name, when i asked to change the name at coustomer care, they refused and when we asked if we cancel the ticket, they said there is 100% cancellation charges and if we wish to proceed we can cancel the ticket, the request of cancellation was made within 10 min of booking. this means we ll not receive any money back from the company as per there policy. Flight details – Mumbai to Delhi (AI 809)
