my mother’s flight was canceled on 30 March and Chandigarh to Melbourn with Airindia with PNR- JTJNY e ti ket number 0982137809813 Name Parvinder kour .
Its more then 5 months I haven’t received refund even after making several complaints with airindia they have not refunded my money please help me with this matter when I canceled it they have given me reference number 14843536
I have called them again on they have given me new references number 17239859 on 31 August 22
now since they have issued a participle amount not full amount
