Hi,

I bought an economy class ticket (098 2161338648) from Kolkata to Birmingham (UK) on 3rd Oct, 2022. I cancelled the ticket on 6th Oct, 2022. Since then I did not receive any refund into my account.

I also filled up the refund form and received an email on 4th November 2022 mentioning that within 7-8 working days I will get back my money.

I tried calling customer care 10 – 12 times. At first I was told to wait for 7 more days and I will receive the refund. Since last week, I was told that my ticket is already refunded and I should check with the bank. I already checked with the bank and no payment I received regarding the ticket. I informed customer care 3 times the same thing and every time I was told that an issue is raised.

Last time I called with customer care person on 18th November 2022 and the person told me that a backend team person will call me in 4 hrs. But no one called. Now my question is what should I do? How can I get my money back?

Since last 1 week they are saying that my amount is already refunded on 6th November, 2022 but there is no proof they could show me. Even I cannot see any ticket status. They continuously are telling me to check with the bank but the bank said they did not receive any payment from air india, It is shown in my bank statement as well.

Please help me to get my money back. If required, I can send the pdf ticket online as well.
