Hi,
I tried to book a Vande Bharat flight ticket from Trichy to Malaysia for 25-JAN-2021 via the Air India Express website on 11-JAN-2021, and first, the amount got debited from my bank account and got confirmed PNR number is FGKXEZ, but no active segments in the tickets to print also checked in manage booking no details only the PNR number is available.
And, I had a call with customer support and they confirmed that “The ticket not yet booked may be due the network issue, and your ticket booked transaction will be automatically cancelled in 24 hours and you will get the refund amount 15-20 days”
Since I didn’t get a refund after 25 days, I followed them by the same refund email to add additional support email as , , , with more than 7 times till now and still, they said “We are working on your case/Heavy volume/Some delay in the money being refunded”. It’s been more than 10 months but the amount has not been credited back to my account.
