I booked my flight ticket from Air India express website on 28th July For dated 30th from Dubai to Mangalore, on 29th i rescheduled the same ticket for 1st July, and i paid difference amount but no ticket received and amount deducted from my bank account, after some time again i try to rescheduled the ticket 1st July and paid difference amount and money deducted from my bank account, 2 times amount deducted from my bank for same ticket, i sent several mails attached with ticket and bank statement to air India express customer care but no reply or refund from them, I also called several time to customer care from last 20 days but no action, airline PNR – BSQMGG, Kindly help me to solve this issue ,
