This is regarding my flight from Paris to New Delhi on 09.10.20 and return on 18.10.20. I had cancelled this ticket. My ticket with eticket number as 0982130950267 and booking reference as Z98LY. Please see attachment for more information. I did numerous follow-ups with Air India and raised numerous tickets with the Air India customer service. But all in vain. I am fighting for more than 8 months now. I also used Twitter but got a response that the refund has already been made which is surprising for me. I asked for the account number on which they have transferred the money but got no response yet.
