Air India damaged my new luggage bag, also broke the automatic lock machine attached in the bag. Now they are mot reasy to bear the loss of mine, and not ready to compensate, I bought this bag only a month back ,at Rs 4500, and I want a compensation of Rs 5000 from Air India, if not 5000rs then they should compensate it with Rs 4500, but despite writing so many mails n contacting them again n again,they are not even reverting back any thing Nd also giving silly excuses.
