I purchased LG air conditioner in March 2022, installation done by third party now AC is not working and LG engineer is saying it is installation defect and will be resolved by Flipkart only, i raised complaint to Flipkart on 2nd July they gave me 8th July time saying your problem will be resolved by this date but nobody contacted me during this period I tried so many times to but no resolution came after that they gave me 11th July time still nobody came and no solution provided by Flipkart now they have given timing of 18th July. I’m suffering due to your issues, i request you to refund my amount I’ll return your product and won’t purchase anything from Flipkart again
