I recently place ls order with AJIO for 5 products. One product which is a track pant for team spirit was not delivered however the status is updated as delivered.
Customer service is so carelessly saying we have delivered from our end and can’t do anything much about it.
It’s a serious scam that AJIO is doing when we book more products at a time.
They pack all in single pouch where we can’t know how many pieces are there until we check after drivered.
Serious investigation is required on this.
