I had paid for AIIMS entrance exam for first time money debited from account but payment not received then I made payment for second time. Then it was successful but money of first transition was not returned yet…

If u not received your money back you can file Consumer complaint in Consumer forum. Before filling complaint send legal notice to bank and app head office
