I have subscribed to quarterly plan of Rs.149 in Aha app few hours back just to watch only “Shaadi Mubarak” telugu movie. This movie shown available in your official website and redirected me to install Aha app which I did.
After installing, Even in your App, the movie got displayed and asked me to subscribe for watching the movie. I did that by subscribing Quarterly plan of Rs.149.
After doing all this, when I am trying to play the movie, it is showing some error code without playing any content.
When I contacted Customer Support, that person was telling this movie is for overseas subscribers only and not meant for inside indian subscribers.
I just paid money only to watch this movie which is shown available before payment and now you are telling unavailable after payment.
This is so annoying. No where the condition was mentioned saying movie is available only for overseas subscribers.
You are violating terms and conditions. If the condition was mentioned clearly, I wouldn’t have paid the money.
Either give me the clarification why the terms and conditions are not specified clearly? Or Provide me the complete refund of my money.
Hope you understand the issue and won’t repeat this sort of things by dissappointing customers.
