This Intimation Letter Informs you That “ADVICE TECH” Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73 74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT ACHIEVE 90% ACCURACY ( QC FAIL ) OR NOT COMPLETED the work then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
