I have booked the hotel room through Agoda and paid through credit card as I am a verified member of Agoda. My booking ID # 628220481 and destination name was ANNAH PLACE.
But when I reached the destination there was no such place, then I meet the security guard there and he said that you’re the 11th person who visited here with same question about annah place and it’s someone scammed you.
Agoda scammed me and waste my time and i didn’t able to celebrate new year as there was no such hotel & room.
I humble request you to please refund my money at earliest and I am not going to use Agoda anymore.
