I booked Veeraj Suites, Hyderabad for a night and paid the full amount 1382.51 online. Upon calling the hotel to confirm my booking, I was told that they will not be accepting any bookings from Agoda and Agoda.com hasn’t even sent them any information about the booking or the amount. Please help me. Agoda.com’s customer care is also not reachable. I spoke to the hotel but they told me to speak with Agoda as they don’t have any tie-up with Agoda now.
