While booking they offered a cashback 60 days after checkout.That cashback made them the cheapest on offer hence I made the booking.
But now that 60 days are done, there’s nothing I can find on their app which can get me a cashback.
If you check-in via website, it’s shown as processing and available on the app(which I think is just another way to make you download their app).
When you go to the app it’s shown as pending and there’s no way for you to request for your cashback
