I had booked hotels from agoda on my trip to Thailand January 2023. The larger amount of cash back from the hotel andakiri krabi, is showing pending from the last 2 months, and it is to expire on 17/07/23. The amount is almost 1/4 of the price of the hotel. The website agoda is hereby doing fraud on their part. They show the price while booking deducting the discount, which eventually the will never give.
