Text of Complaint by ECE MORALIOGLU:

I did booking on 17th january for family boutique hotel vientianne by using Agoda. My payment by Aba bank was stuck so the booking is canceled. 

1. i received 2 emails from Agoda right away.

1 saying my booking is canceled. 

2nd one was from hotel through Ahoda account, saying my booking is confirmed. 

2.i knew something was wrong so i sent email to Agoda to make sure there is no mistake. because we all know sometimes transactions happen late. Agoda staff wrote me and assured me my booking is canceled. and i will receive my money back! 

3. in the meantime i contacted to bank and they asked confirmation from Agpda about the payment was not done. i sent Agoda emails to the bank. the payment was still pending. 

4. i was on a trip and they all were ruining my trip. i kept sending emails to agoda and aba bank, filling forms, getting apologies but money was still stuck between somewhere. i could see it in my account in pending payment part. 

5. i tried to rebook from same hotel but room i booked before was gone. i got suspicious but i TRUSTED Agoda! because they said it was canceled! You can even read it through my complain email to Aba.

6. i booked Azalea park instead and paid by my Garanti bank card.

7. while i kept sending emails to Agoda and Aba bank and i was on a trip!!!! nothing changed. suddenly somewhere end of January and beginning of February, i realized the payment was not pending anymore. it was sent to Agoda!!!!!  and Agoda sent me an email asking how my stay was in family boutique hotel, like they were all making fun of me! 

8. i wrote another email to agoda and aba bank and asking where my money is. 

Agoda automatically changed their earlier email and sent me a confirmation for my stay at family boutique hotel between 24-26 january. which was a past date! so i sent another email and asked them, should i timetravel? i attached almost all emails between me and Agoda and the bank! 

9. finally Agoda replied me and telling me i made another booking? keep fooling the customer!

what booking? i did only one and Agoda! canceled it due to the payment error! 

This incident has been going on almost a month. This company is scam. The staff work at Agoda earn their salaries by stealing from people.
i have all emails between me, Agoda and Aba bank.
