I BOOKED A ROOM IN HARIDWAR HOTEL DEV THROUGH AGODA BOOKING APP ON 07/11/2022 WHEN I REACHED HOTEL THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY ROOM. I MAILED AGODA ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT THEY DID’T REPLY. I WAS HARASSED FOR TWO HOURS THERE AND FINALLY MYSELF ARRANGED ROOM IN ANOTHER HOTEL. NOW I AM REQUESTING AGODA AND HOTEL TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK
